"Worst possible experience! I gave them my bike 4 days ago. Supervisor told me that it will take them one day to make sure the bike is in the best condition to deliver however I visited them today and there was no work done on my bike! There is no escalation protocol in place and no Senior person available to speak with!! Try not to go there as they already have a long back log of bikes (like mine) that they have kept for nothing! As u can see in the pics, there is no such rush and even the service stations are vacant so I don’t understand y they are not working as a Honda Service station should function!! (PS: I have been calling them daily since first day and granting permission to replace any equipment that’s not working as expected to make sure that they don’t need to wait for my approval on any expenditure)"
